Company culture's a big deal

Get a feel for ours

We have great company culture view

Our key pillars

Technology & talent

We’re known for our technology and talent. As an employer of a bunch of brainiacs in many different areas, not only do we have the unique ability to be one team for all our clients’ needs, but we can also help solve each other’s problems by sharing our different perspectives, areas of expertise, and ideas. Our team is unmatched, and we believe in the potential of our people. We go further when we go together.

Growth & gratitude

You come to work every morning and give us your best. We respect that. We’re grateful for your commitment as well as this exchange of your time and talent. If you’re here, we see you, we appreciate you, and we honor that by putting you in the best position to align with your skills and interests so you can maximize your potential.

Business Technology Expert Applied Connective View

Customer focus & connection

Applied Connective Technologies IT View

We feel privileged to serve the communities who have given us so much. And while we may be a company who specializes in technology, we know nothing can replace human connection. That’s pretty evident in the way we deliver customer service—with patience, compassion, kindness, and humanity.

Applied Connective Philanthropy view

Philanthropy & impact

And speaking of humanity, philanthropy is a big piece of our company culture. This is bigger than just the work we do. We hope to leave a lasting impact with every interaction. And we view those interactions not as obligations but as opportunities to leave people a little better than we found them.

But what's it *really* like?

Well now that you asked...

WE HAVE TRADITIONS

Fitness competitions. Fantasy leagues. Fierce contests. Spirit days. Breakfast pizza days.

AND WE HAVE FUN

We like hanging out. Frequent office happy hours, random potlucks, family get-togethers, tailgates, a lake day, etc.

We're passionate & diverse

We have one shared passion for helping people go further with technology...and about 1,000 different ones. Podcasting. Woodworking. Hunting. Hair styling. Slapping the bass. What makes us different makes us awesome.

We're Nebraskan in our roots

Applied Connective started in small-town Nebraska ~20 years ago, and now we serve hundreds of partners throughout The Good Life and beyond. We're proud of where we come from & are excited about where we're going.

and in our values

Have integrity. Work hard. Give back. Throw the bones. You know the drill.

We're problem-solvers

We're growth-minded and motivated by challenges. We stay curious, hungry, coachable, ready to learn, and eager to innovate.

We're big on philanthropy

Told you this is a big one! We serve where we live, and we believe wholeheartedly in the ripple effect good acts can have. There are a handful of wonderful causes we all rally behind as a group and several more that our employees are moved to participate in individually.

We believe knowledge is power

Therefore, we aim to continually educate our customers and ourselves. We're devoted to staying on the cutting edge of our field by immersing ourselves in new & emerging trends, techniques, trainings, and development opportunities.

and in the potential of our team

Just a bunch of people who enjoy what we do and want to keep getting better every day. We wouldn't be where we are today without the unique superpowers of a diverse group of innovators.
